Tom Wilson Wins MCEA Award

At the 71st annual Minnesota County Engineers Conference on January 19, 2016, Erickson Vice President Tom Wilson received the 2015 Friend of Minnesota Counties Award. The recipient is chosen by the Minnesota County Engineers Association (MCEA) and given to noncounty persons or organizations who take significant actions that advance the interests of counties and the association. Wilson, a 24-year veteran of Erickson Engineering, has been managing the business for the past 18 years.

Said Wilson, “It is awesome and truly an honor to receive the Friend of Minnesota Counties Award. I’ve enjoyed working with Minnesota counties on a variety of projects and hope to continue our relationship for years to come.”

MCEA is an association of Minnesota County Engineers organized under the Articles of Incorporation to promote the county engineering profession and uphold the Code of Ethics. The Minnesota County Engineers Association consists of full voting member County Engineers from each of the 87 counties in Minnesota.
