The new bridge crosses over the Bowstring River on CSAH 4, and consists of a 3-span continuous concrete slab structure with a total length of 152 ft. The bridge roadway width is 32 ft, and there is also an 8 ft wide sidewalk on one side. The bridge deck was designed with haunches at the piers to accommodate a longer center span. To satisfy a local resort owner, a treated timber railing system was installed on the bridge to improve aesthetics. The abutments / wingwalls were also faced with a stone pattern concrete formliner.
