Kittson County Bridge 35537 Kittson County Bridge 35537 has been selected as a winner of the 2013 MnDOT-AGC Bridge Construction Award in the Small Bridge category. The bridge was designed by Erickson Engineering and built by Swingen Construction. Erickson Engineering’s services included hydraulics, preliminary and final bridge design, permit applications, and soils testing coordination. Congratulations to all involved in the project.
